PROJECT REVIEW

START WITH NON-CONFIDENTIAL PROJECT DETAILS.

Do not send CAD files until CNCX confirms an approved private review channel. Begin with the part family, material, quantity, destination and end use.

Request Engineering Review for a Custom Precision Part

Use the structured form below to send a non-confidential project brief for qualification. Valid submissions are delivered to the CNCX review team by email and are not stored as RFQ records in WordPress. This form does not accept drawings or CAD files.

Project and Company

  • Company legal name, website, work email and country
  • Part family, application and project stage
  • Final product, final user and end use
  • Destination country, payer and consignee where different

Technical Package

  • Controlled 2D drawing and revision
  • 3D model where needed
  • Material grade and condition
  • Heat treatment, surface treatment, cleaning and finishing
  • Critical dimensions, GD&T, surface and burr requirements
  • Mating or assembly information where function depends on an interface

Quantity and Quality

  • Prototype quantity, release quantity and estimated annual usage
  • Requested timing and delivery destination
  • Inspection, report, certificate, traceability and packaging requirements
  • Customer standards or supplier-approval conditions

Before File Exchange

Keep drawings and models in your approved system until a human reviewer confirms the recipient, NDA status and controlled transfer route. Do not upload or email weapon-related, military, export-controlled or otherwise restricted technical data through a general website channel.

For commercial UAV or another potentially sensitive application, company identity, final user, end use and destination are required before technical review proceeds.

What Submission Means

Submitting the structured form transmits non-confidential qualification information to the CNCX review team. It does not accept an order, confirm manufacturability, reserve capacity or establish price or delivery. Company, end-use and project qualification is required before any quotation or controlled file-transfer invitation is issued.

Not ready? Use the precision parts RFQ checklist or review inspection and traceability inputs.

Request a Drawing-Based Review

This form collects qualification information only. Do not attach or paste drawings, CAD data, export-controlled data, passwords, or other restricted technical information.
