Website and RFQ Terms

Website use notice: this limited notice describes the current informational site. It is not a substitute for the approved commercial terms that must accompany a future quotation.

Current Website Status

The public inquiry form, account service and file-transfer channel are not open. Do not use this website to transmit personal, confidential or controlled technical information.

Information and No Offer

Website content is general screening information. It is not a manufacturing approval, engineering warranty, quotation, offer, certification or promise of capacity, price, tolerance or delivery.

RFQ Submission

An RFQ requests review only. The submitter confirms authority to share the information and must provide accurate company, end-use, destination and technical details. CNCX Tech may decline or request clarification.

Design Authority and Technical Review

The customer retains design authority unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. DFM comments require customer approval and do not replace validation for the final product.

Confidentiality and Files

Confidentiality applies only under an approved agreement and operating process. See NDA requirements and file handling.

Prohibited Submissions

Users must not submit unlawful, weapon-related, military, restricted or unauthorized technical data through a general form. Screening and legal obligations may require a project to be paused or declined.

Commercial Terms

No website page is a quotation or binding commercial offer. If a project proceeds, the issued quotation and written agreement must identify the responsible seller, scope, precedence, price, tax, delivery basis, warranty, liability and governing terms.

Personal-data practices are described in the draft privacy notice.
