Service boundary: CNCX Tech Website Operations receives non-confidential project-qualification details through the structured RFQ form. The public website does not accept drawings, CAD files, restricted technical data or payment information.

Information Collected

The RFQ form requests professional contact details, company identity, project context, part family, material, quantities, destination, end use and inspection requirements. Do not include confidential geometry, controlled files, passwords, payment data or restricted technical information.

Purpose and Delivery

The information is used only to screen project fit, identify compliance or NDA requirements and decide whether a controlled drawing-review route should be offered. Valid submissions are delivered as plain-text email to the CNCX review team. The CNCX plugin does not create an RFQ post, media attachment or customer database record in WordPress.

Retention and Access

Email records are limited to project evaluation and necessary legal or security needs. Access is restricted to the review team. A submitter may request correction or deletion by replying to CNCX correspondence; requests are evaluated against applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Website Operations

The hosting and security platforms may process technical logs required to deliver and protect the website. Rate limiting uses a keyed value derived from the source address; the CNCX plugin does not store the raw address in its rate-limit key. No newsletter signup or advertising profile is offered.
